We act as the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer as we do not meet the thresholds requiring mandatory appointment under Art. 37 GDPR.

2. Data We Collect and Why

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it or when you consent to analytical or marketing tracking.

2.1 Contact form submissions

When you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message (including any service interest you indicate). We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on any resulting business relationship.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to respond to business inquiries directed at us.

2.2 Analytics data (Google Analytics)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to collect anonymised information about how visitors use our website — including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate geographic location. No personally identifiable information is collected through Google Analytics.

Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time via our cookie settings.

2.3 Marketing data (Meta Pixel)

With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to build audiences for marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel may collect data such as your IP address, browser information, and actions taken on our website.

3. How We Share Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as follows:

  • Google LLC — as a processor for Google Analytics. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Data may be processed in the United States under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — as a processor for the Meta Pixel. Meta is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Data may be processed in the United States under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
  • PocketBase (self-hosted) — contact form submissions are stored in our self-hosted database on our own infrastructure. No data leaves our control.
  • Legal obligations — we may disclose data if required by law or a competent authority.

4. International Data Transfers

When we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Both Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. participate in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, providing adequate safeguards for such transfers in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.

5. Data Retention

  • Contact form data: retained for up to 3 years from the date of submission, or until the business relationship concludes, whichever is later. After this period, data is deleted.
  • Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months (as configured in our account).
  • Cookie consent record: stored in your browser for 12 months.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations.
  • Right to restriction — request that we limit how we process your data.
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing.
  • Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
