5. Client Responsibilities

Where applicable, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information required for the delivery of services
• Ensuring that any materials supplied to Bee Viral Media SRL (text, images, brand assets) do not infringe third-party rights
• Timely review and approval of deliverables as agreed
• Payment of agreed fees within the timeframes specified in the proposal or invoice

6. Payment

Fees are as agreed in writing prior to commencement of work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Bee Viral Media SRL reserves the right to suspend work or withhold deliverables until outstanding payments are settled.

We make no representations that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Our total liability to a client for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to Bee Viral Media SRL in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
